Boosting Olive Tree Growth

Control pests like olive fruit flies by using traps or organic sprays. Water olive trees deeply but infrequently, especially during the fruiting season. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer in the spring. Prune olive trees in late winter to remove dead wood and shape the tree. Harvest olives when they reach full size but before they turn fully black.
