Preventing Cucumber Beetle Damage

Rotate your cucumber crops each year to prevent a buildup of cucumber beetles in the soil. Plant trap crops like radishes or nasturtiums to lure cucumber beetles away from your main crop. Inspect the undersides of leaves for eggs and squash any clusters you find.
