Zucchini Tip: Harvest When Small

For the tastiest and most tender zucchini, harvest them when they are small to medium-sized. Check the plants every other day as zucchinis can reach a harvestable size quickly. Harvesting when they are around 4-6 inches long ensures that they are still tender and flavorful. If you notice any oversized zucchinis, remove them promptly as they can drain nutrients from the plant and affect the taste and texture of the smaller ones.
